John J. Morgan Company will be moving from their current Bayard Avenue facility in St. Paul (corporate headquarters for more than 29 years) to their new 17,000 sq. ft. facility in South St. Paul. The company closed on the purchase of the new facility (long time home of Cunningham Sports) on September 16, and construction of office space began immediately. Plans are for the addition of several offices, conference room, service department, and a state of the art training/meeting room. Projected occupancy is November 15. A grand opening event will be planned for sometime shortly thereafter. The address is 1413 Thompson Avenue (approx. 6 blocks east of the Thompson Avenue/Highway 52 interchange).
